Instapay Deposit Required

50% Deposit Payment Policy

This policy applies to all products marked “Deposit Required.”

Deposit amount
A deposit of 50% of the confirmed order total is required through InstaPay before the order can be processed.

Payment instructions
After placing your order, you will receive our official InstaPay payment details. Please include your order number in the transfer note and send the payment receipt to [info@instawow.shop or +201044997574 or +201003434480].

Payment deadline
The deposit must be transferred within 24 hours of placing the order. Unpaid orders may be automatically cancelled and the products released for sale.

Order confirmation
Sending a screenshot does not confirm payment. Your order is confirmed only after the transferred amount has been received and verified.

Remaining balance
The remaining 50%, plus any outstanding delivery charges, must be paid upon delivery unless another arrangement has been confirmed in writing.

Processing and delivery
Processing and estimated delivery times begin only after the deposit has been verified.

Cancellations and refunds
Once the order has been confirmed and processing has started, the deposit is generally non-refundable. The deposit will be refunded if we cancel the order or are unable to fulfil it. Any refund remains subject to our returns policy and applicable consumer-protection laws.

Order changes
Changes to products, quantities, colours, sizes, or delivery details must be requested before processing begins. Changes cannot be guaranteed after confirmation.

Refused or unsuccessful deliveries
If the customer refuses the delivery or repeatedly fails to receive the order, the deposit may be used to cover processing and delivery costs, where legally permitted. Additional fees may apply for rescheduling delivery.

Payment security
Only transfer money to the official InstaPay account provided through our website or verified communication channels. We will never request your password, PIN, or OTP.
